After receiving Bachelor's degrees in philosophy and English from the University of Massachusetts (Amherst) in 2009, I went to Northern Illinois University and studied philosophy for two more years. I began studying at UMD in the fall of 2012.

My research is focused on the philosophy of language and its intersections with linguistics.
